Kochi: The second meeting of the Operations Working Group (OWG) of the Indian Metro Rail Organisation Society (I-Metro) has commenced at Kochi, setting the stage for a collaborative effort to strengthen India’s urban rail network. Loknath Behera, Managing Director, KMRL, inaugurated the session and delivered the keynote address. Emphasizing the need for a unified national strategy, he said, “In today’s interconnected world, collaboration among Indian metros is vital to safeguard our communication and signalling systems against potential cyber threats.”
